For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer, mobile wallet, or store credit.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.
